What is Amazon Career Choice?
Career Choice is an education benefit that empowers frontline employees to learn new skills for career success. Amazon pays up to 95% of tuition and fees (up to a yearly maximum) towards a certificate or diploma in qualified fields of study, leading to in-demand jobs in fields including Transportation, Technology and Business Services.
To date, more than 8,000 employees across Amazon’s Canadian fulfilment network have enrolled in Career Choice. New enhancements to the program in 2024 include Day 1 English language class eligibility for Blue Badge associates.

Amazon Career Choice Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary in Canada
Career Choice marked its 10th anniversary in Canada with a new enrolment milestone and expanded eligibility for English language training programs.
Since 2023, Amazon Career Choice has offered English-language classes in Canada. Now, all regular frontline employees are eligible for language classes on Day One of employment, with no previous time in role required.
Language classes are proven to boost employability and salary prospects. To date, over 1,000 Amazon employees in Canada have participated in the English- and French language proficiency programs through Career Choice.
